In this mezzanine kitchen-dining room, every detail is an invitation to share. The table seats up to 10 people, in a décor that is both chic and natural. The spacious, fully-equipped kitchen (American fridge, oven, induction hob, etc.) will delight all cooks. Coffee machines, XL toasters, crockery and cutlery are there to simplify everything. And the windows offer a magical view of the bell tower, the maquis and the sea.

Each bedroom in the villa has its own personality, but all share the same comforts: 160×200 bed, 59″ TV, large dressing room, blackout curtains and soothing mountain views. The next 3 bedrooms have direct access to the terrace and pool, while the master suite stands out with its private balcony, en-suite shower room and generous space. The decor is sober and natural, with colourful touches that create a soft, elegant atmosphere conducive to relaxation.

Tucked away, the master suite is a real cocoon, designed for those who like to wake up to the beauty of the landscape. With its soft, colourful decor, 160×200 bed, 59″ TV, large dressing room and nature-coloured blackout curtains, it’s a room that’s both functional and full of charm. But what really sets it apart is its private wooden balcony, with views of the mountain, pool and sea – the perfect spot for a coffee in complete privacy.

Adjacent to the bedroom, the spacious en-suite shower room extends this sense of calm. Mountain views, wooden vanity unit, generous shower, Bluetooth towel rail and top-of-the-range materials: everything has been designed to combine well-being and elegance. A bedroom where you simply feel good.

For your convenience, shower towels, shampoo and shower gel are provided in the 2 shower rooms.

Accessible to the other bedrooms, this shared shower room combines refined aesthetics with premium equipment. The zellige tiling, in pinkish beige tones, gives it a soft, exotic feel. Everything is there: wooden vanity unit, large shower, Bluetooth towel rail, professional hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel and quality linen. Perfect for welcoming family or friends in comfort, in a soothing, well-kept atmosphere.

Just a few steps from the kitchen, this large outdoor terrace quickly becomes the focal point of shared meals from spring to autumn. Set above the swimming pool, it offers breathtaking views of the maquis, the mountains, the village bell tower… and even the sea on the horizon. Around the table for 8 guests, you can enjoy a Weber gas barbecue in the shade of an adjustable sail, while in the evening, the adjustable nomadic lamps prolong dinners in a soft, warm atmosphere. A discreet staircase links the terrace directly to the swimming pool, so you can take a dip between two grills.

Designed for everyone’s enjoyment, the pool can be accessed from the living room, the outdoor stone staircase leading from the dining terrace or directly from 3 of the bedrooms, via picture windows. Heated on request, lit in the evening and secured by an electric shutter, the pool is ideal for family games or for a quiet dip in front of the mountain and scrubland panorama. All around, on the wooden terrace, deckchairs and sun loungers await those who want to relax, read or take a siesta in the sun.

The large wooden terrace overlooking the church, the sea and the mountain. It has an 8-seater garden table. All protected from the sun by a shade sail that is easily adjustable depending on the time of day. A WEBER GAS barbecue is available as well as 2 powerful portable lamps to fully enjoy gourmet evenings. This outdoor space is ideally located near the kitchen.

Access is from the outside via a stone staircase, the living room or the bay window of 3 of the 4 bedrooms directly. The swimming pool is heated (option on request) and there is lighting at night. It is secured by an electrical protection shutter. The slope is gradual. It reaches a maximum of 1.70m. On the 2nd wooden terrace, located around the swimming pool, 4 deck chairs and 2 deck chairs contribute to relaxing and tanning.

The kitchen, shower rooms and all bedrooms are fitted with external mosquito blinds, so you can enjoy the cool night air without letting in flying insects or pollen. Comfort and tranquillity guaranteed, even in the height of summer.

The house comes with its own cleaning products, as well as a washing machine and a large-capacity tumble dryer (18 kg), a clotheshorse and a steam generator. Everything is there to make life easier, even on holiday.

Arrivals are autonomous from 2pm, to allow you to arrive at your own pace. Departure is requested before 10am, to allow time to prepare the house in the best possible conditions for future travellers.

Reaching out to the Balagne region

Situated in the heart of eastern Balagne, Villa Di Paraso offers easy access to Corsica’s most beautiful tourist destinations. Just 15 minutes from Île Rousse and 45 minutes from Calvi, you’ll be ideally placed to explore the island’s wonders. Bastia and Saint-Florent are also just an hour’s drive away, allowing you to make the most of your stay without long journeys. The villa is nestled in a picturesque village, with uninterrupted views of the sea and mountains, guaranteeing a peaceful and enchanting setting.

The 1st beaches are only 15 minutes away by car: Lozari or Ile Rousse. And in many ways, the location is ideal for sightseeing.

In the immediate vicinity, in the village centre (5-8 mins on foot), there is a grocery shop selling fresh fruit and vegetables and a bread delivery service (remember to order your bread the day before for the day after!), a bar with a panoramic terrace serving pizzas, a post office, a city stadium and a children’s playground.

Throughout the summer, the village associations put on various shows in the church square (open-air cinema, dance, songs, Corsican tales, etc.). No booking is required, and as well as doing a good deed (often the money raised goes to restoring monuments), you always have a great time!
